Earlier today Dad phoned with some sad news - my Grandpa passed away this morning.
He was an amazing man; someone I admired and respected greatly. I have some incredibly fond memories of him, especially from my youth when I used to love going to stay for 'holidays' with him and Gran.
I'm feeling a little guilty as I haven't had chance to go to see my grandparents since April - I just hope he knew how much I loved him. I certainly know how proud he's always been of not just me but all his family.
